Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with an existing Senior Client Advisor to support established client relationships spanning investment analysis, financial planning, tax concerns, charitable and estate planning, and ancillary services

  • Lead the client service function for the Advisor Team, including:
    o Supervision of the Advisor Team’s Client Service Associate (CSA)
    o Daily prioritization and management of Team responsibilities
    o Review CSA work product to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Understanding, documentation and tracking of each client’s unique goals and objectives 

  • Lead the financial planning, tax planning and estate planning function for the Team, including coordinating with both internal and external planning resources.

  • Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors, including CPA and attorneys, to facilitate a client’s holistic wealth plan 

  • Implement and manage investment decisions to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved

  • Prepare for and conduct quarterly client meetings to review and present quarterly investment results, evaluate new opportunities, and adjust client objectives 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • CFP designation preferred (or the willingness to obtain the certification)

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a financial advisory services role with demonstrated ability to retain and manage client relationships 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

  • Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience. 

  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship building skills 

  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
