Freestone is searching for qualified candidates to join our Seattle Team as a Client Manager.  Successful candidates for this position will have a demonstrated track record of excelling educationally and professionally, managing a committed group of high net worth clients, and serving that client base passionately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and support a Partner level Client Advisor

  • Maintain and support established client relationships spanning investment analysis, financial planning, tax concerns, charitable and estate planning, and ancillary services

  • Lead the financial planning, tax planning and estate planning function for the Team, including coordinating with both internal and external planning resources

  • Evaluate and implement Freestone investment solutions to meet client goals and objectives

  • Conduct client meetings to review and present quarterly investment results, evaluate new opportunities, and adjust client objectives

  • Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors, including CPA and attorneys, to facilitate the implementation of the client’s holistic wealth plan

  • Partner with business development officers to close and on-board new clients

  • Manage existing referral relationships to source new clients

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • CFP designation

  • Minimum 5-7 years in a financial advisory services role with demonstrated ability to retain and manage client relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment, and experience.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship building skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
