Unique Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, part time recruiting professional to join our team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. We are growing quickly and we need a recruiting guru to find the best candidates to fuel our growth. This role will be temporary initially. This is an opportunity to make a difference for a team of professionals in an organization striving to do better at every turn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for our entry level client service position and operational roles using LinkedIn-Recruiter, Handshake and any other appropriate resources

  • Coordinate all aspects of candidate process including calendaring interviews, communication with candidate throughout process, scheduling Zoom meetings and other resources as needed.

  • Support by interviewing candidates and providing detailed feedback to hiring manager throughout the process.

  • Ensure positive candidate experiences. Assist with initiatives to build a powerful employment brand to help maximize recruiting efforts. As appropriate, assist with travel / interview arrangements and scheduling.

  • Measure overall recruiting effectiveness, reporting and key performance indicators.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting; direct sourcing experience preferred

  • Experience working in a recruiting agency environment a plus

  • Demonstrated partnership with business leaders, hiring managers and Human Resources

  • Experience in financial services industries a plus but not required

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
