Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with an existing Senior Client Advisor team to support established client relationships spanning investment analysis, financial planning, tax concerns, charitable and estate planning, and ancillary services

  • Leverage the Client Advisor’s time

    • Prioritization and management of Team responsibilities

    • Efficiently manage contacts frequency and execute on meeting results

    • Resolve complex issues and/or present solutions to the Client Advisor

  • Documentation and tracking of each client’s unique goals and objectives

  • Lead the financial planning, tax planning and estate planning function for the Team, including coordinating with both internal and external planning resources.

  • Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors, including CPA and attorneys, to facilitate the implementation client’s holistic wealth plan

  • Implement and manage portfolio adjustments as reviewed by Client Advisor to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved

  • Prepare quarterly client meetings to review and present quarterly investment results, evaluate new opportunities, and adjust client objectives

  • Note: There are no business development or sales requirements with this role

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • CFP designation preferred (or the willingness to obtain the certification)

  • Minimum 2-5 years in a financial advisory services role with demonstrated ability to enhance client relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship building skills

  • Ability to work within a team structure, and adapt to rapidly changing deadlines and priorities
