We believe that education provides students with the tools to make a difference in their communities. Pursuing higher education can help uncover and harness passions, with the prospect of becoming an outspoken civic leader, a problem solver for the greater good, or a developer of the latest innovation to disrupt business as usual.

We are looking for doers, thinkers and go-getters: in short, students who are committed to investing in themselves and their futures to become a leader in their community and beyond. If this sounds like you, the Freestone Future Leaders scholarship is intended to ease the financial burden associated with higher education.

The scholarship will provide five students with a $5,000 fall quarter tuition reimbursement, totaling $25,000 in financial support for the 2018-2019 school year.

Over the next four years, we will assist 20 college students, totaling a $100,000 commitment to investing in our future leaders.

Making the Grade

We encourage all high school seniors or current undergraduates who are involved in meaningful extracurricular activities, demonstrate a commitment to improving their communities, and who possess an entrepreneurial spirit to apply. Students must also meet the eligibility requirements below.

We want to learn what you are passionate about, how you’ve harnessed your enthusiasm and where it will take you. How will higher education help you become a leader? Improve your community? Start a business or a nonprofit?
