Our Approach

A Diversified Approach

Since 1999, we've cultivated relationships and expertise in alternative investments. Our experience allows many of our clients to invest in unique opportunities outside traditional asset classes. We prefer to invest as "close" to the underlying asset as possible by investing directly in the underlying asset. For example, instead of buying Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), which we consider stocks, we may invest directly in real estate across the United States. We believe this is an important differentiator that benefits our clients. Our investment team's network and skill allow us to identify and access a wide range of unique investment opportunities. In most cases, we find the risk/reward characteristics of portfolios with alternative investments significantly more compelling than a portfolio consisting solely of stocks and bonds.
