Matt currently serves as Freestone’s Managing Director of Advisory Operations. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has held various roles, contributing to Freestone’s growth and operational success. Matt began his wealth management career in 2005 as an analyst at Convergent Wealth Advisors, working with high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Freestone, he was a Senior Consultant at Envestnet | Tamarac, where he specialized in implementing, training, and consulting with firms on the Advisor Xi suite of wealth management programs.
Education
Matt earned a Bachelors degree in Management at Taylor University, holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and obtained his Series 65 license.
Outside Freestone
In his spare time, Matt loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, and trying out local beers wherever he can.
