206.707.7399Nick is the Director of Advisor Recruiting at Freestone, leading the firm’s efforts to identify, evaluate, and recruit experienced financial advisors and teams. Drawing on 17 years of recruiting experience, including seven within wealth management, he guides advisors through each stage of the recruiting process and partners across Freestone to facilitate successful transitions and position new teams for long-term success.
Prior to joining Freestone, Nick was a Vice President and Recruitment Manager at Bank of New York Wealth, where he recruited advisors, private bankers and other wealth management professionals across the country. Previously, he was a Talent Acquisition Manager at First Republic Bank, supporting recruiting across a broad range of wealth management functions and eventually leading a team focused on client service and advisor transitions.
Education
Nick graduated from Dominican University of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management.
Outside Freestone
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, working out, traveling, gardening and exploring new restaurants. He also serves as a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Dominican University of California, sharing interview, résumé and networking best practices with students.
