Nicole joined Freestone as a Director on the People team and focuses her time primarily on the firm’s recruiting initiatives, along with a variety of talent development-related efforts. She is passionate about connecting people with great opportunities and loves helping people find work that is empowering, fulfilling, and rewarding. Before she joined Freestone, Nicole was a Vice President on the People Team at Jordan Park Group, where she focused on talent acquisition. Prior to Jordan Park, she was the Head of Talent Attraction at Brighton Jones for over seven years. Before that, she worked at Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Wells Fargo Securities in various roles.
Education
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology and Industrial/Organization Psychology from Golden Gate University. Nicole earned her certificate in Human Resources Management and Human Capital Management through the University of Washington in 2014 and is a ICF Certified Accredited Career Coach.
Outside Freestone
Nicole lives in Seattle with her husband, two teenage sons, and fluffy Bichon Frise pup. She enjoys dance fitness, being outdoors (when sunny), continuous learning, podcasts, and traveling with friends and family. Nicole is currently Co-Leading the Ellevate Seattle | Bellevue | Puget Sound professional women’s networking group and is a Founding Member of the Talent Collective Seattle Community focused on women+ in the talent acquisition space.
