Heather Michail

Heather brings more than a decade of experience supporting clients and advisors in the wealth management industry. As Managing Director of Client Service at Freestone, she works closely with the client service teams to develop and implement overall service strategy, establish high standards for service, and foster a personalized, consistent experience for every client. She is passionate about building collaborative teams and developing processes that support both clients and advisors. Prior to joining Freestone, Heather served as an Administrative Officer at UBS, where she oversaw client service and administrative teams across the Pacific Northwest. Earlier in her career, she was a member of an advisory team at D.A. Davidson, gaining valuable experience in client service, operations, and advisor support.
