Johnna is a Managing Director and Wealth Strategist at Freestone, partnering with our client advisors to address clients’ most intricate tax planning needs. She brings over a decade of expertise in tax compliance and strategic planning. Prior to joining Freestone, Johnna led a tax practice specializing in high-net-worth families. Her career also includes impactful roles at Deloitte in Seattle and KPMG in New York City, where she provided tailored guidance to a diverse clientele, from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations.
Education
Johnna earned a Master of Professional Accounting in Taxation from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Outside Freestone
Outside of Freestone, Johnna is an avid skier, enjoys spending summers on the lake, and loves outdoor adventures with her dog, Sasha. Johnna enjoys traveling and attending concerts with her husband and often experiments in the kitchen with new recipes and baking projects. She also serves on the Washington State board for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, passionately advocating for suicide awareness and prevention.
